Real Estate

The continually changing dynamics of the real estate industry necessitate experienced attorneys. At Hickey & Associates, P.C., our practice encompasses the representation of community associations, landowners, developers, landlords, commercial tenants, buyers, sellers, escrow holders, brokers and other real estate professionals. Our related services encompass community association matters, lease negotiations and reviews, and the structuring, negotiation and review of purchase and sale transactions. We also provide general counsel to escrow holders, real estate brokers and other real estate professionals with respect to individual transactions, regulatory and procedural requirements and compliance.
